Loyalty bonus

Your personal loyalty bonus increases with every order you make.
The greater the sum of each year's orders, the higher your personal bonus.
As a registered customer you will receive a bonus of 5% for orders up to the value of £200, and even 10% if your orders exceed £200.
The loyalty bonus programme starts as soon as you have registered at ContactsUniverse.
From now on all your orders will be taken into account. This loyalty bonus is not transferrable from one account to another. This bonus cannot be received in cash.
How can I receive the my loyalty bonus?
You can use your bonus from last year at any time during the current year. All orders you made last year with your customer account will be taken into account.
In order to use your bonus, please click on “My Account“ and then click on the link "Use your bonus". By doing so, your loyalty bonus will to be added to your cart and it will be automatically offset against your new order.
Example:
In 2009 you have gained a loyalty bonus of £10. From the 2nd of January 2010 until the 31st of December 2010, you can offset your bonus of 10£ against your new order by clicking on the link "Use your bonus".
