How long is the time of delivery?
Stock goods will be dispatched within the next working day. If your ordered lenses are not in stock we will immediately re-order them from the manufacturer.
The delivery from our dispatch center to your destination will approximately take 6-8 working days.
The delivery of custom-made products such as toric contact lenses and coloured contact lenses depends on the manufacturer and can take up to 12 working days.
What does a delivery cost?
You do not have to pay delivery charges. We will pay the postage.
How high is the minimum order value?
We do not demand a minimum order value.
